have your cake & eat it too.

If you don't like gooey chocolate cake, then don't make this. Now you can definitely go the long route and make this from scratch, but for an easy & fast super good cake, this is what I do:

1 box of Moist Deluxe Devil's Food cake mix
1 package of chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup of vegetable oil ( I never said this was low fat)
1/2 cup of warm water
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 containers of chocolate frosting
1 milk chocolate hershey bar, this big ones.

Preheat oven to 350* (I use 2 9in cake pans but a bunt cake pan works great too)
Mix the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil & water well, then put under the mixer till smooth, about 2 min. Fold in the chocolate chips, pour into 2 round 9 inch pans. Bake for 30-35 min, use a toothpick to check if finished.

Let the cakes cool, then remove cakes from pan. Choose the least smooth of the cakes to be on bottom and smoothest on top. Frost, then take a vegetable peeler and shave the hershey bar onto a paper towel then transfer to the top of cake. bon appetite!
